Making a thatched dolls house

Hi, im looking for a book that shows you how to make a wooden thatched dolls house, ive looked in the places i know but unable to find one, and im also not sure of the scale when they say 1:12 scale, what does that mean, any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Can't help with the book. 1:12 scale means that the model will be one twelfth the size of the actual item.
