am i worried for no reason?
my little boy has cerebral palsy and goes to special school, as i dont drive he gets picked up and dropped off. I've never had a problem before, the women who looks after them is a friend of my mum.
the thing is callum has lost 2 teeth while at school, but more likely on the bus home from school, both times he had blood down his top and the teeth were missing, one was in the van the other fell out of his clothes, i know he puts his fingers in his mouth all the time, but the women who looks after him sits next to callum and she hasnt noticed on both occassions.
i really dont know if i should say something to the school or if i'm just being overly protective.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I've seen staff panic when a child has had a tiny bit of ketchup on them after lunch and theyve checked very very carefully that there is no injury!
Speak to the class teacher and back it up with a letter of concern to the Head. Think about setting up some liason/notebook especially if you dont collect the child at the other end when they come off the transport at the end of the day.

hi catra, we have a school/home book but the escorts dont read them, the first tooth had obvious blood too, as he keeps tugging on them with his fingers!
i have no problem with the school at all as they panicked when he had a little mark near his gastrostomy tube!!
i am going to talk to the school about it, cos she has started talking to me about my mum and vise versa when it is none of her business! And i find it hard to trust her now with what happened with his teeth, thanks for your help everyone!
