Yes you can providing that the Programme they are Transmitting is in High Definition. Not all programmes are Broadcasted in HD. Look for ITV1 HD.

ITV HD is a red-button service available exclusively to freesat customers, and select sporting events, movies and dramas are available in HD.

These are all the HD channels provided by Sky.

But eventually freeview will be broadcasting HD, so you will be able to get it down your aerial.
