You are going through ti too, it`s awful and nothing can make you feel better. Take each step at a time, I lost my father at age 56 and I felt robbed and raged at the world, nothing we do can change these things we somehow grow stronger through them , take good care.

Laura as Mamy and Pink say you must have very mixed emotions today and for a long time yet. I lost both my parents in their early 40s and although you never get over such a loss you learn to live with it.
You will go through many emotions as you grieve and do whatever your heart tells you regardless of what other people may say or think and reach out to anyone who you feel you need to.
I talk to my dad alot - it might sound strange but it helps me.
