I bought a new PC last year with free Norton which has just expired. I downloaded Virgin PC Guard(and uninstalled Norton) at the same time, I upgraded my Broadband. Since then I have no end of probs. Comp is very slow, when checking disk it sticks at 37 per cent for about 15 mins, Freezes regularly, can't always get task manager so have to switch off on box, and I regularly get 'Windows Internet explorer not responding'

Can anyone help please!!

Thank you

Was virgin pc guard a freeby?..If it was I'd uninstall it and see if that cures the problem.
