I still keep getting the message to re-tune my TV, although I carried out this task yesterday afternoon.
Is this normal or are they telling me that my re-tune yesterday was unsuccessful?

Every Freeview Box that you buy must carry the Freeview Logo, indicated by a large 'Tick' on the Packaging. BBC Watchdog Programme had a Section dealing with the problems people were having with Poor Quality (Cheap) Boxes)I experienced the problem this week with an elderly neighbour having an inferior Freeview Box which packed in altogether. I purchased a New Box for her, installed it and did a full Re-Scan and everything is now OK. The Box was a Technik and cost £30 in Morrisons.
