If my partner re-marries do I still have to make payments for my six year old son?

I will and am - but do I HAVE to?

wot a question from a father......you dont HAVE to do anything for your son. There are ways to avoid paying for his upkeep and rearing. However, he will be an adult one day - beware!
It makes no difference to your CSA payments. Her new husband could paying his ex maintenance for his own children.

Dear Tamborine. I thought I had made it fully clear, but obviously not. that I am always going to honour my obligations and have and will continue to so do.
