Sorry if this sounds horrible but i have what looks like a blister between my legs, not on my private lady parts. i tried to pop it, with anticeptic at hand, but it just bleed. as far as i can see, which is difficult, it looks like a fleshy blister, its about 1cm wide and 1.5cm high. it does not hurt but i am alittle concerned about it. sorry to embarass anyone, but i would rather know if there is anything i can do before i go to the doctor and get my bits out. i have also been feeling unwell recently, with chest and back pain, a temperature and sore throat. any help would be appreciated, thanks x

I'm not having a go at you craft at all..........you didn't post the offending pic afterall. But if Sqad wants to show you such pics he should email them to you not post them here.
And Sqad....yes I would report any links to photos of a penis or breasts. I am not offended by these things but this site is not the place for it!!!

Firstly because I don't think it was appropraite to the question;
Secondly because although I don't regard this as a family site and don't let my children on it; I do feel that I should be abe to click on a link from this site without worrying what would happen if one of my children walked in at that moment.

If you don't want other people to see what you are posting get an email address and do it privately. This a public forum and anybody can view the material on it

Yes I would object to a photo of genitalia being posted innappropriately on this site Sqad and I did object and reported it. Not hypocritical in any way whatsoever.

hi, thank you for all who replied, i did not think it would cause so much kerfuffle. i may go to the doctor when i can get the courage but probably won't, hopefully it will be nothing bad or embarassing. i am a good girl so all should be well, fingers crossed and thanks for your advice

Craft is being herself with a brilliant sense of humour often lacking on here, I am sure auntievi will consult her GP as suggested by sqad, but the man can't do right for 'saying' summat wrong at the moment!, leave him be!

I don't think Sqad needs anyone to stick up for him bobbi, he is perfectly capable of doing that for himself.
He was hardly being picked on or bullied anyway.
I would have reported anyone who posted a link to the sort of picture that he did,it wasn't a personal attack on Sqad.

I wasn't apportioning blame to anyone in particular daffy, but lately it does seem the man comes under attack from some people in many of the different sections here, I have always found him to be very helpful, that said, I came on after any picture was removed...thankfully, so I could only see the advice given and crafts humour, I know he can adequatley defend himself....lol, I have seen that, so no gripes with you daffy.

Could this just be a swollen gland. They are quite alarming when you find one, but they are usually harmless and you are more susceptible to get them when you have the other symptoms you describe above. You will need to go to your GP, you won't have anything that they haven't seen many times before and a short course of anti biotics should clear it (and your infection) up.

Bobbie. Sqad answered it properly and then posted a very inappropriate picture as a joke to Craft. People reported it and rightly so. If people think reporting an explicit picture of female genitalia as a joke, especially on a genuine question thread, is picking on someone then so be it. Do you honestly think Bobbi that the person who posted the question deserved to be confronted with that? Sqad is a man in his mid seventies and is apparently a retired surgeon. He should know better. I have lost any respect for him I might have had.

Sqad has already been banned for posting extremely offensive material on this site. I am no old fuddy duddy maiden aunt who has with no sense of humour but I do respect peoples sensibilities.

Sqad seems to have a little band of female followers who defend him at all costs.

This is not a substitute for going to the dr, but you could try googling 'Bartolin's Cyst' and see if the symptoms are similar.

You're stuck with my alternative remedies then. Apply antiseptic powder to blister to dry and scab it.

Do your thighs chaff because they're heavy/fat? Wear cotton leggings or such to stop them rubbing or keep them well powdered.
