Why are you sad that she has to return to work? I know I wouldn't have done so, and I was lucky enough to be in a position where I didn't have to, but some women prefer to get straight back to work and thats their choice.

nope....no prayer room - that's not employment law - if I go to church, its before/after work or breaktime. I can pray as I work.
