Dont know what site to put this on - I switched back to BT from Talk Talk as they (talk talk) did not meet my needs of my being a deaf person.

However 10 months down the line I cannot believe the extortinate prices of BT - already they have taken 3 months this month from my direct debit to cover them until Christmas - saying they are "updating my bill" - I also pay a separate price for BT broadband.

My contract is up next March and I am certainly leaving them. Why are they so expensive.

I am going to go for Sky phone as I already have Sky and Sky+ and I heard the price of all that plus Broadband is far far cheaper. anybody help here

what you're saying they have taken 3 direct debit payments in one month?
Is your Direct Debit a quarterly or monthly?
If you are on monthly direct debit an agreed amount should be requested once a month from your bank - if you're on quarterly direct debit this is a variable mandate and they should take the amount of your last bill from the bank approx 14 days after the date on the bill.

I find Tiscali good, and reasonably priced.

However they have recently been bought by Carphone Warehouse (Talk Talk)
