pregnancy test
Right before redcrx gets excited this is not me whos doing any test its my mate. Basically about 2 weeks ago she did not just one but 9 tests and all came out positive. She then had doc last Friday and he did a test but it was only a very faint line so he said they cant be sure she is pregnant and to come back wednesday. Well she went back yesterday and again a very faint line. They have done a blood test and she will get results next week. Whats chances of her having miscarried as if she had then surely there wouldnt still be a very faint line.

Hcg should double all the time when pregnant so if it decreased, unfortunately your friend is probably going to miscarry. I had a spot of bleeding at 8 weeks and did a text which was v faint cos hcg was depleting. I miscarried 4 days later. There is such a thing as a `missed miscarraige' in which the blood just comes with the next period. Also, it can take time for your body to bleed after a miscarriage. Hope this helps. x
When I had a spot I went in to A and E as it was a Sunday and I was panicking. They did a test that was faint and then a blood test which showed my hcg was 125 and should have been 12000 for the stage I was at. The took another in two days which was 55 so they said I would miscarry. It was a few days after that I started to bleed. I had my last blood test today and it was less than one which means it's all over ( I bled for two weeks) The doc today advised me to have one normal period and then can start again. Fingers crossed for next time and good luck to your friend.
