Memory Sticks

Within my computer folders, I like to use Icons and Sort to Grid for any sub-folders. However when I save the main folder to a memory stick it changes the sub-folders to Tiles and Auto Arrange. Is there any way I can save to the stick in my chosen way. Thanks for any help.

give this a go...

open any explorer window and set it to the view settings you want, then click on tools > folder options, then click on the view tab and click the button that says "apply to all folders"

I'm not sure if that will work with memory sticks or not, give it a go and see.

The main folders I am talking about are on the Desktop and consist of many things ie personal excel files ,Family Tree information obtained from the net or not that I have filled over the years.
