I'm on scrambled egg and salami on a toasted sandwich, and a packet of Pom Bear crisps.

I tried Dulcolax once for purposes of constipation, but hoping weight loss might be a welcome side-effect.... never ever again. They recommended to start off with one at night - stupidly I took two first thing in the morning. Keith and Pat will never forget that day. It was almost Breach of Contract.
