Does vegetable oil in diesels reall work and if so how do you use it. Surely the government will be taxing this soon. Not like them to miss an opportunity especially with the war in Iraq to pay for.

Beware! It works OK, but if you are caught using cooking oil without paying duty (yes, it's a fact) your car will be consficated on the spot, no ifs of buts.
ASDA in wales a couple of years ago stopped everyone buying more than one bottle of it per person as everyone was buying it and using it
apw. If you want toget value for money from your diesel fuel, invest in a bottle of Greased Lightning engine treatment. I've used it in mine for a couple of years. Marvellous stuff.
