I did that to my thumb and you could see the staple through my nail. The Health and Safety guy came over (admittedly I panicked a bit not knowing how to get it out) and he bandaged up my thumb, put my arm in a sling and made someone take me to A & E where they pulled it out and put a plaster on the two wee dots lol! Everyone thought I had broken my arm or something!

No peri I don't watch Casualty but as you can survive chopping your entire finger off I don't think the staple will be life threatening.........unless jan gets a blood infection......oops.....

well they laughed at me when I mentioned going home and I told them I felt sick and was going to faint too.
somehow I dont think I was very convincing..all ok now thank you all xxx
