Strange behaviour.

Worked at a house yesterday, & when I went to the toilet I noticed that she'd put cling-film all over the shower screen. When i asked her why she did this, she said it was to keep it clean.
Anyone else on here do this? I'll be surprised if there isn't. :-)))

why the hell would you?? It doesnt take 2 seconds to clean a shower screen, the time it would take to cling film it all

I've put clingfilm over the toilet pan before... but that was for other purposes.

She also had one of those plastic runners on the hall carpet, & the 3 piece suite was covered in its original plastic cover.

Dunno why but this reminds me of my grandma (departed now) who used to put tea towels down on her kitchen work surfaces to stop them getting dirty! No matter how often I tried to tell her it was easier to wipe the tops down than it was to wash tea towels- i never got through to her.

It drove me bonkers.
