Well ummmm at first I thought.....what a load of twaddle...... but now after about 3/4 weeks they have become quite interesting, a few friends of ours have seen them and have gone and bought them from Amazon for their children/grandchildren, they are quite fascinating, give them a go, b ut be patient as they take time to mature and you must follow the instructions to allow them to survive.
Make sure that you tell your son to be very patient, because at first it can look like that there is no life in the tank, but it takes time for the eggs to hatch and even n ow we are getting new hatched sea monkeys. My son got some and after a couple of days got fed up with them and chucked the watwr away, now he is sorry because they hatch all the time, good luck with them, they will give your son tons of enjoyment. Ummmm how will you explan to him after about 4 qweeks when they start copulati8ng.?????
