Is there any way you can mount a 50inch Tv bracket and TV on a middle room wall. Which means the wall is only plasterboard/honeycomb/plasterboard 6cms thick..?

don,t see why not. when or if you move you only have some small holes to patch up
"snags the glue will never ever seperate from the plasterboard , believe me."

Ah, but will the plaster skim ever part from the plasterboard. If my LCD was stuck on the wall like that I don't think i could sleep at night. I would be inclined to purchase special fixings designed for plasterboad if I was in this situation.
Sounds like you have the best best answer yourself; plywood on both sides bolted together is definitely the answer. It might have been better if you had mentioned that the other side of the panel was accessible.

Well the tv is up and looks ( and feels) like it will never come down again.!! Many many thanks to everyones replies. Yes in the end my husband has used three 2inch square/ 18 inches long batons on our bedroom wall /wardrobe and very heavy weigth bolts. Now the wires and leads go into the back of our wardrobe and into a socket. Looks very tidy. Once again thankyou.
