Recently on gordon ramseys f word gordon went to a haloumi maker and was taught how to make this with sheep milk and i was suprised at how easy it looked, Are all cheeses made like this and can you not use normal milk? Have any of you made homemade cheese before, what was it like
And i understand you need rennet, where can you get this from and can you substitute this for anything else?
Just found this, but It seems to be soft cream cheese and Id like to make all different types, Still It looks simple enough and Ill definitely be giving this a go!
