When I was 16 I worked for the Next sale in my home town. �2.50 an hour to crawl around on the floor picking up dropped garments. In mid July in one of the hottest summers on record (at the time) and the air con broke down. They had one CD on constant loop with Katrina and the Waves played every 90 minutes or so. I was ready to kill myself by the end.
Funnily enough, it's also put me off ever going to the Next sale again.
I bet loads of it end up on EBay!
By the time you find something and you go to pay for it the queue is massively long then you ended up putting it back.
Normally, they have too much stuff from the previous sales mixed in with the current sale. Dont know why its always packed, its like they are giving things away which they are not. Just cant be bothered, unless I really needed something.
