Exercising dogs

My best friend rang me on Thursday evening. She and her husband regularly exercise the dog next the Wetherby race course. On Thursday they saw a car being driven by a woman with a Labrador running free on each side of the car (obviously too lazy to walk herself) she ran over one of the dogs and was unaware of this, my friends husband has to shout and whistle at her to get her to stop. The dog was in a very bad way and he helped her lift it into the car. My friend had an appointment at the Wetherby vets later that afernoon. The dog had not been taken there. How can someone like this be allowed to keep a pet. Before they had finished there walk another car with tailgate open was being being driven along with dog running behind. My friend says this is a regular occurrence.

Don't know if the got the reg and they didn't have theier phones with them. Will trll them to get reg of anyone else doing this.

Lazy ba**ards, not fit to have a dog, the mind boggles at such inherent cruelty.

Handbaglady that is disgusting! Sheer cruelty, what goes through the tiny minds of these people?
As ever, it breaks my heart to think of the poor animals lumbered with such unfit owners.
