1) sort the laptop to underpriviledged families out (one per household and security on them so you can't go on websites such as facebook and youtube)

2) if foreingers comit a crime in the UK they'll be sent home or if criminals try and come into the UK they won't be allowed

3) If you get sentenced to prison, you do your full sentence, unless youre somehow proven inocent

4) somehow you'll be checked on to see if you're actually disabled ect so that you can't work and can claim benefits.

5) Advertising of alcohol will be banned and i'll keep the forcoming minimum price per unit

6) MPs won't be able to claim money back at all, their wages are high enough so that they should be able to pay for their own food ect.

Oh and too sort the high proportion of youth, general stupidity, rudeness, disrespect etc, i would make teenagers do comunity service if they commited an anit social action, so that they are giving something back to the community. It should act as a deterrant and they could clean the streets of litter and graffiti which they probably caused.

and in the long run, it would be cheaper and more eco friendly if only the mps that worked in london had to go to the houses of parliament, the rest could use skype or another way of debating, which answers your problem jake.

another thing, ban video games (not films though) where you do stuff that would be illegal in the real world. In video games, its like you're the person thats doing all lthe actions, but in films its other people (unless your the actor) that do the crimes, then, in almsot evry film, they get caught, but in video games you get rewarded for achieving stuff like the largest killing spree.

Whether you were bron in britain or not, you have to earn benefits, so, if you can't/ won't get ajob you have to do charity/ community work.
