I recently read a comment somewhere regarding D+B as sold in Tesco.....the opinion was that it was not very nice.It reminded me of when I was a kid,so I went into Somerfield/Co-op and tried some theirs. It was very sugary and not at all like I remembered it .Does anyone know where you can buy the real thing these days ?

A shop near us still sells the barrs version in the glass bottle. You get 20p when you bring the bottle back.
Morrisons sells Barrs 'Dandelion and Burdock' on occasions but it is not always in stock. I quite like it.
That seems good crisgal ! Haven't come across this brand before but I'd love to try it !
