weird pain in elbow...?

i havent banged it.

i have in the past had CTS, which causes numbness but no pain, but dont have it at the moment

i have hypermobility

anyone have any ideas what this could be...its very painful, like the dull throb but with an odd sensation...just on the top and by the bone...

Is it swollen at all? I had the signs of something like tennis elbow a while back, probably from RSI type strain.

My osteopath helped it a lot and I took much more care about the way I typed etc... to reduce the strain at work.

I'm hypermobile too, maybe you might have overflexed without realising it?

i sypathise with you joko, cuz i think i have the same pain. it used to be quite bearable, but isnt now, i´m going to take thugulikes advice and try magnets.i´m in the process of buying the magnets now. shud get them in 2 or 3 weeks. i´ll let you know if they are much kop

no it wasnt swollen...it seems not to be hurting much anymore

im just concerned if it becomes regular occurrence
