Water in the body

Silly question i know,but.....................

How much water do we have inside us? how much water are you ment to drink in 24 hours? & if you lie in a bath for a few hours,does any of the water soak into the body?

 the amount of water in the body is exactly the same as the amount of water on earth percetage wise, this is why some people hold the belief that the moon has an effect on the human body   just as it has an effect on tides etc'.
