Tell you what my good man - it wasn't very nice.... But I cannot praise Papworth highly enough, I will fill you in on the riveting (!) gory details when I return properly.
It is very weird to observe your own heart being punctured and probed... but at least I have one eh?!!! xx Things were worse than I expected and there were a few wobblse - but I survived to tell the tale which is all that matters. C u soon sqadlet.

Hi salla - so glad you're now back with us & hope you'll soon be feeling tip top!

I obviously didn't want to say how uncomfortable it would/could be when I posted on your other thread....as you may remember, I was in theatre for just over 5 hours whilst they 'fiddled' around with my heart & that really wasn't very pleasant either.
