so, in my year at school there are alot of different groups. recently, however, the "popular" and "not-so-popular" kids have been hanging out and now the "not-so-popular" kids are getting obsessed by the whole thing..
someone in my year had a big party and they all went so now the "not-so-popular" kids think they are best buddies with the "popular" ones, which they are not. i didn't go to the party, but on facebook i have been invited to go to this party with them all to "merge" LOL.
and i kind of want to go, as i want to start going out more at my age and not stay in with my parents every saturday night haha.
but nobody in my group went to that party before and they all hate this "merging" thing. i kind of do too, but on the other hand, i do want to start going out more.. and i'm pretty sure the rest of my group do too, they just are too shy or whatever to admit it.

don't know if this makes any sense but if it does...
what to do?! hahahah.

I wouldnt allow my daughter to post on here, although the site has improved with moderation it is still not what I would consider as family friendly. for example only last week there was a thread asking people to click on the FB link which turned out to be a phishing scam, as savvy as my daughter is, she would be duped into doing just that.

sometimes the subject matter can also be what I consider as too adult. finally there are still too many unhinged trolls allowed to post filth and it is left for too long before it is removed.
O great I answered his question and he has been removed!, lol the irony of me complaining about trolls and I was answering one ..Doh!
''But im sure there are ways arent there?''

I can't think of any... there's nothing in the AB Sign Up process to limit underage registration: any date of birth can be inserted.
Where'd he go?

and yes i am the sophie buying the GORGEOUS next bag! woah, i'm excited for it haha. absolutely in love here!
Sophie, nobody hates you. You sound a great girl and very articulate and you put your query down very clearly. I know my grandchild who is 16 would also "think aloud" your kind of dilemma. And thinking aloud is something that fits well into Chatterbank. Your problem has been resolved this time but next time go for it and good luck. Ruth
