AMSPAR Legal aspects of medical practice

I'm registering for a single subject through AMSP{AR to study Legal Aspects of medical practice. (I'm doping it direct not through a college and AMSPAR don't su[pply any m aterials or anything). THey have sent me a book list but...they (AMSPAR) tell me it is very out of date
...!


HAs anyone doen the amspar subject (or similar) and if so could you suggest reading material please

This is not really my area but this title is recent (2007), based upon UK law (whereas most titles in this area seem to be American), from a reputable publisher (Penguin) and directly related to your studies. It's also reasonably priced for an academic text:
