photo cd wont load

hi,im abit of a novice but i had some photos put on a cd last week so i could transfer them onto my pc but its not working and nothing coming up the screen.am running windows xp can anyone help please

1st the cd might not of burnt your photos on the disc..
And was you waiting for the disc to open it self or have you tryed to open it and nothing on the disc in your disc drive ?

go to My Computer and find the CD drive. Click on the CD to open and you should see all your photos. Half size the CD window by pressing the centre button top right.

Open My Documents and half-size that window. Now left hold mouse and drag the photos from the CD to My Documents window.

the cd was done in boots so it should be ok,ive clicked on the cd disc drive but all i get is an empty box saying no objects.i really wanted the photos on my pc so that i can get a wedding anniversary plate for my parents with the picture scanned onto it will keep trying but thanks for your suggestions

I got something similar last week - all I'd done was accidentally put in the CD upside down. No chance that this is all it is?

easy mistake to make jno,as i said im a novice but i cant get this cd to load will try it on my daughters pc tomorrow and if it works on hers at least she can email the photos thanks for your time
