can anyone help. im not very good with p.c's and need a fool friendly answer. i have a printer and need to load the disc up onto the computer, for some reason it wont load up automatically even though it does on my lap top. it says on the disc photo plus anyway, and the make is olivetti. thanks

Just a quick add on to Ian`s response.
When you open up explorere and right click on the cd rom icon try selecting the properties option.
In the new window you should see a tab called "autoplay"
Select this tab and the rest should be straight forward...
