Okay, Richard Hammond. Iceland return visit. When he unveils that the Dune buggy thing is gonna zoom across the lake. There is a men choir singing, verrry deep voices, very powerful. What is it called?

It's also the music for 'Eidos Interactive' logo screen in the PC game 'Hitman 2'

I am not sure of the title, but the music can be found on the soundtrack to Hitman 2 by Jesper Kyd.  See details here.  I suspect it might be the main title, you can check the clip here:

Close but no cigar. I had already checked the Jesper Kyd thing out. I think its actually a seperate Classical tune that they used. It's actually before the main title screen on Hitman 2, when you see the Eidos Interactive Logo appear.
