Always Looking Up

If you don't know of me, I am totally blind and when I'm at my pc keyboard I always find myself looking up...why is this? Is it because I have nothing on which to focus i.e. a screen, even though I have a speech system. I'm getting fed up of all these stiff necks I keep getting...even as I write this! Ta Muchly.

Hi woodelf - yes by all means. I have a fairly unexicting accent from the SE so I hope you can put up with it - but I'll certainly have a go!
