I have just cooked a mother of vindaloos. A tin of Eazy Fried Onions (pre-fried in olive oil). 1lb or so of chopped chicken. Quantities approximate: 2 tbs Rajah extra hot curry powder, 2 tbs TRS finely chopped extra hot red chillies, 2 tbs Mangal Vindaloo Masala. 1 chopped yellow habanero. A jar of Shere Khan Madras sauce (Sainsbury's). It smelled awful at first but after an hour simmering it is something else.

I know it will sound gross to most people, but does anyone else out there have a passion for very hot curries ?

Blimey O'Reilly, get your toilet roll in the freezer quick!

Could you send me a bit please, not had dinner yet and it sounds delicious 8-D

Yes it is delicious nfn, chilli gets the body's endorphins going and creates a sense of well-being. People chuckle at chilli-heads, but ask yourself, if it's so crazy, why go back for more ?

Very partial to a nice hot Vindaloo. Can't beat it. :)

Nothing above a Madras for me I'm afraid. Don't want to wait up with ****hole like the Japanese flag.

Incidently, Vindaloo isnt actually Indian, Its Portuguese in origin, comes from Goa which was a Portuguese colony and Vindaloo translated means 'Wine & Garlic'

hi mfewell, I really hope you saved me some, I love curries and chillies etc as hot as possible.  3 cheers for jalapenos.
You're all bonkers, my work mate is a pom and he gets off on eating as hot as hell curries. You're all lucky you don't have to work with him the next day.
