Hi Bobbi.

I have picked up the problem within 30 minutes - not exactly the slowest response! We do try and be quicker than this most of the time, but sometimes it just can't be helped!

it's gone and forgotten about now I have always said if I was starting to take abuse I would report them and I did tell the person a long time before it happened, so vibes please be fair in this I don't report easily or for no good reason
