Ingredients:
About 8 oz boneless pork tenderloin, or pork steak
8 oz Broccoli Florets.
1/2 small Pineapple
2teaspoons each of Chilli Powder and Ground Coriander.
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper.
butter or oil.
Mix the coriander, chilli powder and black pepper.
Chop the pork into thin strips, about 1 1/2" - 2" long, and roll them in one half of the the chilli/coriander mix.
Add the pineapple, but NOT the juice, to the other half.
Fry a TINY amount of oil or butter over a low heat, to BARELY cover the bottom of the pan.
When the pan is coated, add the pork strips. Keep stirring them until they are cooked on the outside - this is normally about 7-8 mins.
Add any juice from the pineapple, turn up the heat to medium, and cover. Cook for 10-12 mins, stirring occasionally.
When the pork is cooked, add the broccoli florets and the pineapple, turn the heat up high, and cover. Cook for 5 mins.

I would eat pineapple with every meal if i could.
Try cutting a fresh pineapple lengthways into 1" thick slices. Thread them onto a metal skewer, dip into soft brown sugar and barbeque until caramalised. Serve with a malibu dip....small tub of greek yoghurt, dash of lime, tbs of dessicated coconut, generous dash of malibu (or supermarket brand). Amounts can be varied accordingly.
