organic liquid manure

i have a recipe for organic liquid manure made from nettles, but it don't say how much to dilute it, just that it must not be used neat as it would kill, wonder if anyone knows the ratio.

If you make Organic Liquid Manure from Comfrey (as we do),you have to dilute it 16 parts water to 1 part comfrey.
I don't know if that applies to Nettles,but it is probably something similar.

Now,found this on a website:~
"Nettle manure can be used as a soil or foliage feed, however when made with the right proportion of water to nettles, the brew needs to be diluted before use - the ideal strength is about the colour of tea - with a full strength 'brew' this can be around 1 part manure to 10 parts water."
