put the question in the proper box djeban, and try not to cram it in the title box

Surely someone at AB has noticed that this is happening too often.It's another example of why the AB system should (a) limit length of question titles (b) require question posters to at least put something in the question box and (c) move the SUBMIt button from next to the Title box to after the Question Details box.
I've suggested this several times but have had no response. So i expect this problem will continue.
