Just got off the phone with Virgin Media....! one hour and 43 mins and spoke to 8 different people, 3 of which I doubt english was there first language...im physically and mentaly shattered, surely this is some sort of record!

no - try sky at the weekends. enormous fun (not). last time; 8 phone calls, no arses or elbows and me telling them to fluff off and then solving the problem myself - albeit in 35 minutes. pile of pooh. grr...x

I was on the phone with Virgin Media for around 50 minutes when they helped me set up my wireless router a month ago. The lady was Scottish and had a lovely, soft accent. She was very helpful as well.

(You can always ask VM for a credit on account as it took them so long to fix/sort out your enquiry.......ask for customer services 150 billing )
