I have an Acer Aspire 5315 wireless laptop on Vista Home Basic.
I keep getting pop-ups stating that my C drive is running short of space.
I have a D drive which has loads of space.
Is it possible to transfer some of my data from drive C to drive D and if so how do I do it please?

move your documents folder to the other drive. to save me shed loads of typing see below.

Thanks a lot Chuck, I will give that a try tomorrow.

Thanks again Chuck, it worked a treat, managed to free up 6GB on my drive C, so that should stop the pop-ups
