Thanks for your answer annie.. Not sure.. A friend had a call from them wanting to visit this week shes a bit apprehensive about it cos shes not sure what its about!!! X

I take it she had a choice, so if she is not comfortable, get her to phone them and ask what its about until she is comfortable, or just cancel. I tried googling and nothing useful came up. I would enquire where they got her details from and track back from there.

Yeah it does sound strange that there is nothing on google, I took it as being a charity but it's not I don't think. She should ring her GP's surgery and ask about it or the Local Authority, had she had dealings with Social Services or does she have a health visitor who may have referred her to someone?
