.Bin and .CUE

I have a folder with a .bin file and .CUE file and an MSInfo Document. I dont care about the MSInfo Document but what i do need to know is how to open the .Bin file and .CUE file. the cue file is 1kb and the bin file is 516MB so i know it is something and not just a blank Useless file.Help would be greatly appreciated and all answers are rated.

what you have is an image file.you can either burn this image file to disc using nero or similar or alternatively get a free download called daemon tools that will allow you to 'mount' this file.

i assume its either a movie or a game ?

No, its actualy adobe after effects, spent $999 on the thing and this is what i get. files i dont know how to open.

forgot to mention, the nfo file if you change that file extension to .txt (ignore any message that comes up about unstable files  when changing names)and open it, it might give you some useful info, normally they do

Files that end in .bin are compressed Mac files. A lot of Mac software downloads are either .bin or .hqx. If double-clicking on a Mac doesn't open them, then dropping it onto Stuffit Expander will.

Assuming you are not using a mac, the cue file is used to the burn the bin file to a disk. If you dont want to burn to disk, you can open the bin file easily by using isobuster (google for it). The free version of this is fine to open and extract the files. You should then be able to run the setup program from the folder you extracted the files to.

I burn .bin files all the time for movies, and when I want to simply play them I use the player in Nero, or if I want to burn the file to disc I also use Nero.I always ignore the .cue file and just burn the .bin.I am assuming the process would be the same for your Adobe file.

You were all very helpfull, Thanks to Mattk, Daemon tools worked. Nero didnt but i suppose it isnt for programs.

no problem,but nero will burn it.you need to select burn image(iso) to disc
