80's/90's tv shows....need the names

hey folks, me again

trying to remember the name of a 80s or 90's tv show names.

one of them its a teenage girl that has a dad in a crystal or some sort and can freeze time by put her two fingers together. The other was a game show that had a green team and a yellow team (three of each team) and would answer questions based on music (i think)

The second one sounds a little bit like "Runaround", with Mike Reid, or maybe "Poparound", which followed a similar format.

The first one is definitely as gettingblurry says Out of this world.
