Still struggling witrh this 'avatar' when I am asked to submit a U R L address I do not fully understand this. I am not able to get any farther than that. Any help appreciated .Thank you.

make sure the email address you have on gravatar is the same as the one you have with answerbank.
when you go on gravatar you can click to load from your computer
pick the picture from your computer
just click yes and follow the gravatar instructions

Thank you all very much for your time and patience with this problem, I must either be too tired or too thick!! I don't normally have this amount of queries to solve what must be the simplest of tasks. You all have interesting avatar pics but where do you view and choose these from ? i've been all over the 'puter and pressed every button available. I'm now thoroughly cheesed off and will have to ask my grandchildren to help this 'old lady'??!! Many thanks, have a pleasant evening.
