Cost of new coach?

I went on a coach journey yesterday, and it was a brand new coach - lovely! It got us thinking though, about how much a new coach would cost .......... any ideas anyone?

It depends what the coach has on board & what accessories it has, Toilets, air bags, lowering Air suspension, as said anything from £150.000 upwards.

I used to go on quite a few coach trips and I got to wondering how much a new windscreen would cost. They are huge expanses of shaped glass and form almost the entire front of the coach. The driver told me they cost about £3000 and each coach needs the windscreen replaced at least twice a year. He also said the insurance won't cover windscreens so the coach firm has to pay each time a chip or crack appears. Frightening!

Brand new start at around£150-200,000...but just like buying a car it all depends what specification you require.

Thanks for your answers everyone - we'd guessed it might be around £200,000, so we weren't far out really!
