I've had to reset my computer to factory settings and seem to have lost my wireless connection! how do I get it back? Its a Medion 2210 and the light to indicate that wireless is on is lit! Havr tried to switch it off and on again to no avail! Please help!
If you've reset the computer to factory settings, you'll have lost the configuration details for your wireless network. On the assumption that your wireless network is secure (please tell me that it is!), then you will need to provide some sort of key or passphrase in order to gain access to it...
Me again! I can't switch on the wireless function of the computer -you are supposed to be able to do this by pressing Fn and F1 at the same time but nothing is happening, Do i need to go into Tools or internet settings or somewhere to get this to kick in?
Don't think that I've installed drivers for the wireless card but that REALLY is beyond my ken! Will have another go tomorrow, as i have been\at this for HOURS! Thank-you for help though!
if you goto the service and support link on the site below there is a section to download drivers and manuals, enter your computers serial number in the search and it should take you to a page where you can download the drivers, download the WLAN driver for the correct version of windows and then just double click the file once it's downloaded to install the drivers.
