I like to pan fry it in a tiny bit of olive oil and have with rocket and a chilli dipping sauce. You have to eat it quickly or it can go hard and 'squeaky' on your teeth.I can't really describe it better than that. It's quite a salty cheese but I love it. Also nice on kebabs with veggies and done on the BBQ.
As above, my daughter calls it "squeeky cheese". Lovely done as kebabs on the barbie with some peppers and onions on the skewer.....but i'd also be inclined to add a thin slice or two of pineapple with it to give you that sweet and salty taste.
