Agree about the Luxury Bobbi but I really do not like the Middle East at all. I spent 4 Months in the Persian Gulf on my first trip to sea, and although I found the experience fascinating I would not wish to go again.
Me and Muslim Countries do not mix well......;-D

yes I suppose you are right red, Judy, my mate has told me they are not allowed to take any pictures if Arabs are seen to be in the frame, they are at a luxury hotel at the moment and she says the men come with all of their Burka clad wives and their kids, the men use the pool with the children but the women have to be seated at the back and not to be hard, so for all it's an opulent place, it is entrenched in their beliefs

When it's a case of earning a good living, a bit of sacrifice does not go amiss as the wages your Friend will earn will make it worthwhile short term.
He will probably be able to save enough money for a house when they return to UK...
