Any information as to how 'soon' after, where, etc?

Unfortunately no. The answers to these questions are usually of a lateral thinkink nature and are all true.
The director James Cameron made a film on the sinking of the Bismarck
Wasn't one of the Titanic's survivors on the other ship too?
Unlucky or what ?
NM, one of the stokers who survived the Titanic sinking was also a stoker who survived the sinking of the Lusitania in 1915. But I can't see his being on board another ship "led directly" to its sinking.
After Titanic's demise the laws on lifeboats were more stringent and I believe one small ship sailed with too many which lead to it sinking.
Do you have any details on that, kawakiri?
In the 1980's a submersable was "sunk" in order to find and photograph the Titanic: however, you couldn't really call that small craft a "ship" nor was it "soon after".
No details, I've never been able to get this confirmed.
