Gooseberries...pink and slightly sweeter than the tart greeny yellow ones, I shall be doing something with them later on in the week. Anybody else's garden coming alive with produce?

I like them - as long as they're not too hairy/bristly
Love dessert gooseberries my friend used to make some lovely jam with it. I like them in a crumble.

nope, no hairs of me guzz gogs, no thorns either!! I will make a gooseberry fool, and a sorbet

Society, I cook them gently with lemon balm, delicious!
Lemon balm makes a very fragrant and flavourful tea.

I have lemon balm at the ends of my herb beds so when i brush past them i always get a lovely fragrance from it
My raspberries are looking healthy, tomorrow i'll put the canes in. hope they do better than last year (first year planting). No sign of any flower yet, must be because of the winter.
