Are there any natural / or even not natural aids for PMT. Not the actual period pain but the emotional / hormonal imbalance (aka temporary bi*ch as my BF says!).  All suggestions VERY welcome!

Evening Primrose Oil. You can get it in capsule form. Take one EVERY day. It certainly helps my PMT. (Ask Mr Spudqueen!)

There was an article recently in the Observer about a woman who was only offered a choice between the pill and prozac by her gp, but she had acupuncture which made an enourmous difference to her.

If link does not work you can get the article by going on the Observer website, Archive Search, search for title: It's official: acupuncture really works. Author: Jo Revill. Date: 1st May 2005.

Same as spudqueen for me, evening primrose oil in capsuals.
